We live in the digital age, and we have made the digital design files available to as part of our mission of making good design accessible, through the use of 3D printing and affordable pricing. We like to believe you supported us because you want to see us succeed in our mission and get more designs like this out into the world.

We kindly ask you not to post these digital files on any file sharing platforms and use the files for personal use only. All our designs are protected by pending copyright application and your license under our intellectual property rights only extends to your personal use of the product, as described below. Every 3D printer is different, and Parallel Goods and/or Conduit LLC has no control over the production quality of your product. Based on this, by purchasing, downloading, and/or printing the digital design file, you agree to the following terms:

1. You print and use this design at your own risk.

2. Parallel Goods and/or Conduit LLC is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any defect, error or failure to perform and you hereby indemnify Parallel Goods and/or Conduit LLC from any claims for damage(s) that may be caused from printing our designs and/or using a 3D-printed design, whether the claims are raised by you or any third party. By purchasing, downloading, and/or printing you waive all current and future claims against Parallel Goods and/or Conduit LLC for any kind of damages that may arise from your 3D-printing or use of our designs from the downloaded digital design file.

3. Subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions, we grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and use the digital design file (including any templates and instructions) that you purchase from us and to print the design in that file, in each case for your personal use only and not for resale or any other commercial use. You are not being given any right to grant sub-licenses. Except as we expressly permit in writing, you shall not (a) permit any third party to use or access the digital design file, (b) create derivative works based on the digital design file or 3D-printed design or cause or permit others to do so, (c) remove any copyright and/or other notices from the digital design file, (d) sublicense or otherwise grant rights in the digital design file to any third party, and/or (e) distribute the digital design file or 3D-printed design to any third party. If we revoke this license, you agree to cease using the digital design file and immediately delete and destroy all copies of such file and any printed designs in your possession or under your control.

4. Parallel Goods and/or Conduit LLC provides no warranty, expressed or implied, on our products including digital design files, templates, or instructions. Parallel Goods and/or Conduit LLC provides no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on digital design files or designs printed from a digital design file.
